What we collect
The identifier the app generates for your device (shown as a MAC address) and its device key; the platform, model, app version and language the app reports; the IP address your device and browser use; the playlists you add (addresses and login details); and, if you give one, your email address for receipts.
Card and PayPal details are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store them.
Why we collect it
To deliver your playlists to your device, run the free trial and activations, prevent abuse and fraud, and answer support requests.
Who we share it with
Payment processors, only to take a payment. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your playlists with anyone. Your playlists are only ever sent to your own device.
How we protect it
Playlist login details are encrypted when stored, device secrets and passwords are only stored as one-way hashes, and all traffic with the website and apps can be encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
For as long as your device uses OSM PLAYER. You can ask us to delete a device and its playlists at any time through the Contact page.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in to manage a device. There is no advertising or tracking cookie.
