1. What OSM PLAYER is
OSM PLAYER is a media player application and this website, which lets you manage the playlists your devices load. OSM PLAYER does not provide, sell, host or broadcast any channels, films, series or other content, and none is included with the app.
2. Your content
You alone choose the playlists you add, and you are solely responsible for them. You must only load content you have the right to watch. We do not monitor, curate or endorse any playlist. We may suspend a device that is used in breach of the law or of these terms.
3. Trial and activation
Each device gets a free trial when the app first starts. After it ends, playback requires activating the device. An activation applies to one device, identified by the MAC address the app shows, and cannot be moved to another device except at our discretion.
A yearly activation lasts 365 days from purchase, or from the end of a period still running. A lifetime activation lasts for as long as OSM PLAYER is offered for that device's platform.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' devices or playlists, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the apps. Activation codes may only be resold through our authorised resellers.
5. The service
We work to keep OSM PLAYER available and improving, and may change or discontinue features. The apps and this website are provided as they are; playback depends on your playlist provider, your device and your network, which we do not control.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to OSM PLAYER is limited to the amount you paid for the activation concerned.
