Refund policy

Try before you pay

Every device gets a free trial with every feature, so you can make sure OSM PLAYER works with your TV and your playlist before paying anything.

When we refund

An activation is a digital licence delivered the moment you pay, so it is not normally refundable. We will refund you if you were charged twice, if you activated the wrong MAC address by mistake and tell us within 14 days, or if a technical problem on our side stops OSM PLAYER working on your device and we cannot fix it.

How to ask

Contact us with your MAC address and your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

A payment reversed through your bank or PayPal without contacting us first ends the activation it paid for.

OSM PLAYER is a media player. It does not provide, host, broadcast or sell any channels, films or other content, and it comes with none. Users are solely responsible for the content they load and must have the right to watch it.
